General Set Up
Volunteers will need to be able to work outside, move boxes and tables, etc.
Some sample duties may include:
- Topping and skirting tables throughout the Festival area
- Setting up Packet Pick Up/Late Registration/Pledge Processing areas
- Delivering and installing signs
- Directing vendors and exhibitors to their designated areas

Walk, Run
Volunteers will perform a variety of duties, which may include:
- Brochure distribution
- T-shirt distribution
- Water distribution
- Course marshals
- Team tent hosts
- Pledge processing
Festival
Volunteers will perform a variety of duties, which may include:
- Host in VIP tent
- Host in Exhibits Pavilion
- Assisting in general information booth
- Assisting in Children’s area
- Assisting in Games Pavilion
- Assisting in other Pavilions
